1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "you" or "your") and pk57 (hereinafter "pk57", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the online gambling and sports betting platform accessible at https://pk57.cam (hereinafter the "Platform" or "Website").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pk57 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

To register and maintain an Account on pk57, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director or officer of pk57, nor an immediate family member of such a person, unless expressly permitted in writing.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion or regulatory exclusion order that would prohibit your use of gambling services.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• All registration information you provide is accurate, complete and current.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the pk57 Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts may be closed at any time without notice, and balances may be voided.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration and to update your Account details promptly if any information changes. pk57 reserves the right to request documentary evidence supporting any information provided at any time. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account termination.

4.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. You agree to notify pk57 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account. pk57 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure or have knowingly shared them.

4.4 Account Suspension and Closure

pk57 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, regulatory requirements or risk management concerns. Where an Account is closed due to verified User breach, pk57 may withhold outstanding balances to the extent permitted by applicable law.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

Deposits into your pk57 Account must be made using payment methods listed in the live cashier at the time of the transaction. Payment method availability is subject to change without prior notice. The following are contextual references to payment options familiar to Pakistani users — Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — however their availability must be confirmed directly in the cashier. None of these providers endorse or support pk57.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements; (c) account standing review; and (d) the operator's current processing procedures. Processing windows are operator-determined and are not guaranteed. pk57 does not commit to specific withdrawal processing times.

Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name and, where possible, to the same method used for the most recent deposit. pk57 reserves the right to request additional verification before releasing any withdrawal.

5.3 Currency

Account balances are denominated in the currency selected at registration. Where Pakistani Rupee (PKR) accounts are supported, all displayed amounts will be in PKR. Exchange rate conversions, where applicable, are applied at rates determined by the operator at the time of transaction.

5.4 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period as defined in the operator's dormancy policy may be classified as dormant. Administrative fees may apply to dormant accounts in accordance with the operator's current schedule, subject to applicable law. Users will be notified prior to any dormancy fee being applied.

6. Betting Rules & Conduct

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

pk57 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its absolute discretion, including where: (a) the bet exceeds stated stake limits; (b) there is evidence of error in the displayed odds; (c) the relevant event has already started or concluded; or (d) the bet is placed in connection with prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.

6.2 Odds and Markets

Odds displayed on the Platform are indicative and may change before a bet is confirmed. The odds at the point of bet confirmation constitute the contractual odds for that wager. pk57 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific market, including cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, football or other sports markets.

6.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, communication failure or human error resulting in incorrect odds, incorrect game outcomes or any other material inaccuracy, pk57 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. "Lucky errors" — where a User attempts to exploit a known or suspected error — are grounds for voiding bets and suspending the Account.

6.4 Live Betting

In-play betting markets operate in real time and are subject to rapid change. Bets placed on in-play markets are accepted at the operator's discretion. Delays in internet connectivity that affect the timing of a bet placement are the User's responsibility. pk57 does not guarantee in-play market availability for any specific event.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by pk57 are subject to specific terms that will be stated at the point of offer. These terms take precedence over this general section where there is a conflict. Unless otherwise stated, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Bonus funds are used before real money funds when placing bets, unless the Platform specifies otherwise.
• Where a maximum bet limit applies during a bonus period — for example PKR 1,000 per round — exceeding that limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game contribution rates apply — not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games may contribute a reduced percentage as stated in the specific promotion.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period.

7.2 Welcome Bonus

New users may be eligible for a welcome bonus upon first deposit, subject to qualifying criteria stated in the current promotion. Welcome bonus figures — such as a bonus up to PKR 25,000 — are illustrative of the offer structure and are subject to minimum deposit requirements, wagering multipliers and maximum cash-out caps as detailed in the offer terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

pk57 actively monitors for bonus abuse including, but not limited to: multi-accounting to claim the same bonus multiple times; using automated software to meet wagering requirements; collusion between accounts; and placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts. Where bonus abuse is identified, pk57 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, suspend the Account and recover any incorrectly paid funds.

8. Identity Verification (KYC)

pk57 is required to verify the identity and age of Users before processing withdrawals and, in some cases, before allowing continued betting activity. The KYC process may require the submission of one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document — such as a Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport.
• Proof of residential address, where required by the operator — such as a recent bank statement or utility bill dated within three months.
• A selfie or liveness verification confirming you are the holder of the submitted identification document.
• Proof of payment method ownership, such as a screenshot of a mobile wallet or a bank statement header.

Documents must be uploaded exclusively through the operator's secure HTTPS verification interface. pk57 will never request sensitive documents via SMS, WhatsApp, email or any other unsecured channel. Under no circumstances should you submit altered, falsified or obscured documents — doing so constitutes fraud and will result in immediate Account termination and potential legal referral.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk57 Platform. Any User found to be engaged in prohibited activities will face immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances to the extent permitted by law, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and money laundering: Using the Platform to launder funds, process fraudulent payments or engage in any criminal financial activity.
• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or other automated software to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Arbitrage abuse: Systematically exploiting odds discrepancies or promotional offers in a manner that constitutes abuse rather than legitimate betting activity.
• Chargeback fraud: Filing payment chargebacks or disputes with a payment provider in bad faith after receiving services on the Platform.
• Impersonation: Registering an Account using another person's identity, documents or payment methods.
• Exploitation of errors: Knowingly exploiting software errors, odds errors or system malfunctions to obtain funds or betting advantages.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk57 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, database structures, game content and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of pk57 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and database laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit: reproduction or redistribution of Platform content; reverse engineering or decompiling of any software; scraping of odds, data or content; or creation of derivative works based on Platform content, without the express prior written consent of pk57.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk57's total liability to any User arising from or related to use of the Platform shall not exceed the total real money funds deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.

pk57 shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits, revenue or anticipated savings; (c) loss of data or corruption of data; (d) any losses arising from reliance on information provided on the Platform; or (e) interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical failures, maintenance, force majeure events or third-party service provider failures.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be lawfully excluded, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Privacy & Data

The collection, processing and storage of personal data submitted to pk57 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

pk57 collects personal data — including registration information, transaction records, betting history and device data — for the purposes of account operation, KYC compliance, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Data is not sold to third parties. Users resident in jurisdictions with data subject rights may submit requests through the support channel as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Responsible Gambling

pk57 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The following tools are available to all registered Users and take effect without unreasonable delay:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss limits: Caps on the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session time limits: Reminders and restrictions on the length of individual gambling sessions.
• Self-exclusion: A voluntary restriction blocking access to the Account for a defined period or permanently. Requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality checks: Periodic in-session notifications showing time spent and net position.

14. Complaints & Disputes

14.1 First Step — Contact Support

Any complaint or dispute should in the first instance be submitted to the pk57 support team via the live chat function or by email to [email protected]. Please include your Account username, a clear description of the issue and any supporting evidence. The support team will acknowledge your complaint and endeavour to respond within a reasonable timeframe as stated in the operator's current service standards.

14.2 Escalation

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at the first step, you may request escalation to a senior review. Details of the escalation process and any applicable external dispute resolution mechanism are available from the support team on request.

14.3 Bet Disputes

Any dispute regarding a specific bet outcome must be raised within thirty (30) days of the relevant event settling. Disputes raised outside this window may not be accepted. The operator's decision regarding bet settlement, following review, is final and binding except where a clear and demonstrable error is identified.

15. Amendments to These Terms

pk57 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via: (a) a notice posted on the Platform; (b) an in-Account notification; or (c) email to the address registered on your Account, where available.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure through the support channel.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's license jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause affects any non-excludable statutory rights you may have under the laws of your own country of residence.

Users are reminded that gambling laws vary by jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to verify that your use of pk57 is lawful in your location. pk57 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction.
